Part 1: Strategies for Handling Inappropriate Sexual Behaviors from Clients | 3 CE Hours
This session focuses on identifying sexually inappropriate and boundary-testing behaviors in professional settings, understanding the risk factors behind them, and recognizing how they may present across different contexts. Participants will learn preventative strategies, response options, and key policies that support ethical, safe, and confident handling of these situations.
Part 2: Responding to Client Harassment and Stalking Behaviors | 3 CE Hours
This session addresses the clinical, legal, and ethical complexities of client behaviors that escalate into harassment, stalking, or safety concerns. Participants will learn how to identify risk factors, respond to escalating behavior, set appropriate limits, and develop safety and documentation protocols.

Lead TrainerOlivia is a seasoned mental health professional with over 13 years of clinical experience in Nebraska. Known for her compassionate approach and expertise in evidence-based therapies, she has supported women, young adults, first responders, military service members, and justice-involved individuals through life’s many challenges. While she continues to provide individual therapy on a limited basis, Olivia’s focus is evolving—she is now dedicated to empowering others through training, offering a dynamic array of webinars, online courses, and in-person trainings. Her educational programs cover topics such as mental health first aid, interpersonal effectiveness, engagement essentials, and work/life balance.
In addition to her clinical work, Olivia brings a wealth of experience from her roles as Clinical Program Manager for NDCS treatment programming for inmates who have sexually harmed and as a member of the NDCS Crisis Negotiation Team. Her active involvement with the Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse (ATSA) underscores her commitment to advancing best practices in mental health care. Whether you’re seeking expert guidance through direct therapy or looking to enhance your professional skills through her training initiatives, Olivia is dedicated to fostering growth, resilience, and informed care.

Dr. Amanda Holmgreen, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist with specialized training in forensic and public safety psychology, threat assessment, and high-stress system response. She provides research-informed, highly practical trainings for professionals working in complex, high-pressure environments—including law enforcement, legal professionals, mental health providers, and frontline teams.
Her training topics include sexual and violence risk assessment, threat assessment and management, civil commitment processes, and intervention strategies for individuals exhibiting high-risk behaviors. She also offers programs focused on resilience-building and burnout prevention, equipping high-stress teams with tools to strengthen performance, sustain mental energy, and protect psychological well-being in the face of ongoing demands.
With years of experience consulting on complex behavioral cases and working directly with acute forensic and correctional populations, Dr. Holmgreen brings a balanced, grounded approach to every training. She’s a Clinical Member of the Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse (ATSA), a member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP), and has served as a critical incident responder with the Nebraska State CISM Team and the American Red Cross Disaster Mental Health Team.
