Dr. Amanda Holmgreen is a licensed psychologist offering individual therapy at Strategic Psychological Services in Nebraska.

Amanda Holmgreen, PsyD & Jules

  • While Dr. Holmgreen primarily oversees the practice and conducts forensic evaluations, she maintains a limited therapy caseload for individuals navigating identity, major life transitions, and the lingering impact of past experiences. Her approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and rooted in evidence-based techniques tailored to each person’s unique needs. She views therapy not just as a place to “fix problems,” but as a space to reflect, build resilience, and realign with your personal values.

Because her therapy availability is limited, Dr. Holmgreen also offers group workshops designed to address common life challenges through a structured, non-therapy format. These workshops provide actionable strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and uncertainty—while helping participants stay connected to what matters most.

If her schedule doesn’t align with your needs, she’s happy to help connect you with othertrusted clinicians in the community.
