Olivia Moser, LIMHPLicensed TherapistIf you are feeling stuck in a rut or like life has thrown you one curveball after another, a safe space and nonjudgmental feedback from a trained therapist can help get you back on track; whatever you want that track to look and feel like. Navigating life throughout different stages and changes can be overwhelming, challenging and downright exhausting. Therapy is something you can do for your mental wellness and peace of mind; and know you’re not alone on the journey. As a clinician, Olivia focuses on helping you achieve your goals so that you feel comfortable and confident.
Olivia has 13 years of practice as a therapist in Nebraska, with a wide range of experience from managing depression and anxiety, to examining past traumas, to helping change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. In private practice, she enjoys working with women and young adults going through life transitions as well as first responders, military service members, and their family members. Part of her community work includes training sessions on mental health first aid, increasing interpersonal effectiveness, establishing engagement essentials (work/team culture), and juggling work/life balance. Outside of private practice, she has worked for many years as a provider to justice-involved individuals in our state’s prison system which is the largest mental health provider of many of the most acute and complex cases in the state. She currently serves as Clinical Program Manager of NDCS treatment programming for inmates who’ve sexually harmed. She has expertise in the treatment and management of sexual risk and has worked with both victims of abuse and those who have harmed others. Olivia has also been a member of the elite NDCS Crisis Negotiation Team for several years. She is active in the Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse (ATSA) as well as a founding member of the developing Nebraska chapter. |
